Welcome to A & J Driving School, your first choice in Cowlitz County for a fun and exciting experience learning to become a safe and skilled driver. We are now a DOL approved testing facility. You can now take your written and drive test needed to obtain a Washington State Drivers License at our school. Before, this would have needed to be done at a Department of Licensing location. Please call or email us for more information on this program and to schedule a time for testing.
When you see our name, you may think we are a new Driving School in Cowlitz County. New name, yes. New owners, yes. However, not new instructors. Our school is the former Wakes Driving School where Jason has been teaching for 4 years. Jason and Ann purchased Wakes and changed the name. We are still located at 1020 14th Avenue in Longview (across from the Goodwill). Jason and Ann are both owners and instructors at the school. Our goal is to combine learning and fun to help our students become the safest, most successful drivers on the road. We hope to see you in our classroom for an exciting learning experience.
